Media Shift: Live — The Production Intensive Built for Media Teams Who Are Tired of Winging It

Media Shift: Live is a production intensive designed for church media teams who are tired of carrying Sundays without structure or support.

This experience moves beyond equipment and aesthetics and focuses on what actually stabilizes media ministries: clear systems, healthy team culture, and cross department alignment. We address how media works with worship, leadership, and administration, how volunteers are trained and supported, and how production can function consistently without relying on one exhausted person to hold everything together.

Through live teaching, real examples, and guided discussion, teams will learn how to build repeatable service flow, implement volunteer systems that survive real life, and create communication rhythms that reduce last minute pressure.
